       Chapter 1

Keep Your Vision in Front of You

Studies tells us that we move towards what we consistently see. You should keep something in front of you, even if it symbolic to remind you of what you are believing for.
A young man dreamed of becoming an actor, but unfortunately, he was broke and discouraged, he drove his beat–up old car to the top of a hill overlooking the city of Los Angeles and did something unusual. He wrote himself a check of ten million dollars for “Acting services rendered”.
This young man has grown up so poor, he put the check in his pocket and keep it there. When things got tough, he’d pull it out and look at it to remind himself of his dream.
Years later, that same young man. The comedian Jim Carrey, was making fifteen million to twenty – five million on a movie. I’ve found that whatever your vision is, God will supersize it: and without a vision, you won’t see God’s best.
When you keep your vision in front of you, that your faith being released. That why the scripture uses such strong language that says people perish for lack of vision.
There was a man named Conrad Hilton, he was the founder of Hilton hotels. As a young man back in the 1930s, he saw pictures and articles saying Waldorf Astoria hotel is the most famous hotel in the world, he’d never seen anything like that hotel, when with the article God put a dream in his heart to one day own that hotel. Naturally, it looks impossible, because he could not even pay his rent. He cut out the picture of the big beautiful hotel and put it under the glass on his desk. Eighteen years later, his company was able to purchase nearly 250,000 shares of Waldorf corporation and this making him the owner of the most famous hotel in the world.

    Chapter 2

   Run Your Race

If you’re going to become the winner you were created to be, you need to have a boldness. One of the qualities of a winner is that they run their race the way you want to run it. You have to accept the fact that you can’t keep everybody like you. You’re respectful, you’re kind, but you’re not living to please people, you’re living to please God.
If people talk about you, being jealous, critical, and trying to make you look bad, don’t let that change you. You don’t need their approval when you have God approval.
Everyone has an opinion. People will tell you how to run your life, they’ll have opinions on what you should wear, how you should spend your money. If you try to please everyone, I can guarantee you one thing one hundred percent, you’ll be confused. You’ll be frustrated, life will be miserable.
Too many people scarify their own happiness to keep other people happy. They’ve got to spot by their friend’s house and say hello because they don’t want to upset their friends. They’ve got to loan this friend money, because the friend is in trouble again, and if they don’t their friend will feel upset.
Your time is too valuable to go through life, letting people control you and make you feel guilty. If you don’t come running every time they call, then someone is playing you like a puppet, it’s time to cut the strings. Understand this: your first priority is to keep yourself happy.
If you are giving all the time and not receiving anything in return, then you need to examine your relationship. They are cut off balance.

Fly With Those Who Lift You Up And Thrust You Forward

When flying airplanes we have lift, thrust, weight, and drag. There are some who lift you, brighten your day, cheer you up. they’re a lift. Then there are people who thrust you, they inspire you, motivate you, challenge you to move forward and pursue your dream. The third group weights. They pull you down, dump their problem on you so that you leave feeling heavier and worse than you did before. Finally, there are those who are a drag. They’ve always got a sad song. They’re stuck in a pit, they expect you to cheer them up, fix their problems and carry their loads.
You need to be around lifters, thrusters, people who inspire you and motivate you.
  Chapter 3

Expect Good Things

Our expectations set the limit for our lives. If you expect little you are going to receive little. Too many people drag around things
“ Nothing good ever happens to me.”
Instead, start looking for a new break. Expect your dream to come to pass. Some people have a negative mindset so long they don’t realize they’re doing it. It is just natural to them. They assume the worst and they usually get it.
Winner develop this third undeniable quality of excepting good things. You can’t be neutral and hope to reach your full potential or have God’s best.
Chapter 4

Have A Positive Mind-Set

When you wake up, choose to be happy, choose to be grateful for the day, choose to look on the bright side. Choose to focus on the possibilities. When you have this positive mindset, you cannot be defeated. No matter what comes your way, you shake it off and keep moving ahead.
A lot of times we make ourselves unhappy. You can’t change the traffic, the weather, or how others treat you. If your happiness is based on everything going your way and your body treating you right, you will be frustrated.
Before you leave the house, you need to make up your mind to stay positive and enjoy the day no matter what comes your way. You have to decide ahead of time. If you go around with negative thoughts, they will drain you of your faith, your energy, and zeal. You have to think positively. In other to fill your dream.

   Chapter 5

  Commit To Excellence

When you have a spirit of excellence, you do your best whether anyone is watching or not. You go the extra mile, you do more than you have to. When you’re an excellent person you don’t get stagnant, you’re always taking steps to improve. Increase, promotion, and reaching your highest potential are all tried to a spirit of excellent.
Being excellent may not be some huge adjustment you need to make; it may mean just leaving ten minutes earlier so you can get to work on time. Even if everyone else is late, everyone else cut corners and everyone else is undisciplined, you should do as Daniel did and go the extra mile. make the choice to be excellent
 Chapter 6

 Keep Growing

Studies show that 50% of high school graduates never read another entire book, one reason may be that they see learning as something you do in school, just something you do for a period of time instead of as a way of life. A winner never stops learning; God did not create us to reach one level and then stop. Whether you’re nine or ninety years old, you should constantly be learning, improving your skill, and getting better at what you do.
There are all kinds of opportunities to increase, there is more knowledge available today than any time in history. We have library, internet and many more. You can always expand your knowledge and improve your skill, read books to learn how to communicate or lead more effectively.
You should be doing something intentional and strategic every day to improve your skill. Don’t be vague in your approach, do not say things such as “if I have time, I’ll do it.” You are better than that, your destiny is too great to be stuck.

    Chapter 7

 Serve Others

When you live a “serve other” lifestyle, you help friends, volunteer to do something for your community, and take care of loved ones. It’s not something you have to force yourself to do. It becomes a part of who you are. You develop an attitude of giving to everyone you meet, that when you have true fulfillment and happiness.
You are never too big to serve look for others to bless and be sensitive to the needs of others.

   Chapter 8

  Stay Passionate.

The eighth undeniable quality of a winner is that they stay passionate throughout their lives. The scriptures say God has given us the power to enjoy what’s appointed and allotted to us, which means is don’t have the power to enjoy your life. Be the best that you can be.

         Put your heart into it

When you do the dishes, don’t complain, do it with all your heart and honor God. Whatever you do, put your heart into it. Put a spring in your step. Wear a smile on your face

          Keep working and growing

If you want to stay passionate, you have to stay productive. You have to have a reason to get out of bed in the morning. when you’re not producing, you’re not growing, always find a way to stay productive.
You have seeds of greatness inside put these principles into action each day. Winning is in your DNA, this is your time. Get ready for an increase, get ready for the fullness of your destiny. You can you will.
